GHAYA Return & Refund Policy

At GHAYA, every piece is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped with attention to detail. Because of the limited nature of our drops and pre-orders, all sales are considered final.


All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders. This includes:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color or fit differences due to lighting or screen variation
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Pre-order items

Please make sure to carefully review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and details before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only make exceptions in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong item

If this happens, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will determine if a replacement or resolution is applicable.


Lost Packages

GHAYA is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit. However:

  • If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will assist you in opening a claim with USPS
  • If a package is officially confirmed lost by USPS, we may offer a replacement or resolution at our discretion

Once tracking shows “delivered,” GHAYA is not liable for missing packages.


Final Agreement

By placing an order with GHAYA, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy and understand that all sales are final unless otherwise stated above.
