Shipping Policy

At GHAYA, we aim to deliver high-quality pieces with reliable and transparent shipping times.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time

All orders take approximately 2–3 weeks for delivery after processing.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, carrier delays, or high-volume drops.

Tracking

All orders include USPS tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.


Pre-Orders

GHAYA offers pre-orders before official drop dates.

  • Customers are able to purchase items before they are released
  • Pre-order items will ship once the official drop is fulfilled and stock is ready
  • Estimated shipping time for pre-orders still follows the 2–3 week delivery window unless otherwise stated on the product page

Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL SALE.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Delays in shipping
  • Color or fit differences due to lighting/screen variation
  • Pre-order purchases

Exception – Lost Packages

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • Your package is confirmed lost in transit, or
  • Tracking shows no delivery status after investigation with USPS

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by USPS.
